Check for unusually wet ground or overflowing inspection points without opening covers or entering wastewater.

Reduce water use
Stop running dishwashers, washing machines and unnecessary taps until the line is assessed.

List every affected fixture, when it started and any recent digging, storms or repeat blockages.
