Each trade page explains common work, licence boundaries and how to prepare a useful request.
Roadside assistance
Roadside problems are about getting moving again safely, wherever you have stopped. Location accuracy matters more than anything else in the request.
Mobile mechanic
A mobile mechanic comes to the car rather than the other way around, which matters when the vehicle will not start. Servicing at home or in a work car park is increasingly the default.
Towing
Towing requests are usually urgent and location-critical. Vehicle type, whether it rolls and where it needs to go all change which truck is suitable.
For planned work
For servicing or a non-urgent mechanical problem, use a standard trade request and include the vehicle make, model, year and symptoms.
When the situation is urgent
If stopped in a dangerous position, prioritise people over the vehicle, follow emergency-service directions and do not attempt repairs exposed to live traffic.
